In this session, there will be presentations and discussions about Russia’s innovation strategies, Norwegian and Russian research facilitation initiatives and joint Norwegian-Russian projects. Speaker invitations will be sent to the Agency of the Strategic Initiatives, Skolkovo Foundation, SINTEF, Norwegian Research Council, Telenor, Narfu and others. The session will also offer ample time for discussions with shorter interventions. |
