Participation fee includes: participation in the III NRBF Networking Cocktail Event on October 23, attendance at the III NRBF plenary session and
one roundtable session, English-Russian simultaneous translation, NRBF participant kit, coffee breaks, buffet lunch, transfer to the reception venue on October 24 and III NRBF Reception at the Russian Embassy on October 24, 2012.

DISCOUNTS
NRCC MEMBERS
A special discounted rate of NOK 4000 (EUR 530) is offered to the members of the Norwegian-Russian Chamber of Commerce.
Although it is not necessary to be a member of the NRCC to register for the III NRBF, the NRCC members receive substantial reduction in the participation fee as a part of the NRCC membership benefits. In order to be eligible for the discount, registrants must apply for the membership in the NRCC BEFORE registering for the conference.

EARLY BIRD
A special discount of 15 % will be applied for registrations (both standard and discounted member participation fee) submitted and paid before 31st of August 2012.
GROUP RATE
A special discount of 10 % (per participant) applies to three or more participants from the same company. Attendees can enjoy a 10 % saving when simultaneously registering in groups of three and more representatives from the same company.
RUSSIAN PARTICIPANTS
In order to facilitate active Russian participation in the Forum, representatives of Russian companies are offered a special participation fee of EUR 250,- per participant. The company has to have a majority of Russian stakeholders and to be registered in the Russian Federation. This discount does not apply to subsidiaries, representative offices or similar of international (hereunder Norwegian) companies working in Russia.
The invoices for participation should be paid to the NRCC Representation Office in Russia in full no later than two weeks prior to the event.
Cancellation notice
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if the number of participants is insufficient or in case of force majeure. In case of cancellation by the organisers, all fees will be refunded in full. A notice will be sent to all registrants at their registered e-mails no later than two weeks prior to the event. Apart from that, the organisers shall have no further liability.
Cancellation by registrants must be notified in writing to the organisers at registrations@nrcc.no. If a cancellation notice is received before September 21, registrants will be refunded in full minus NOK 200 administration fee.
For cancellations after September 21 or in case of no-show, no refund will be paid.
Substitution
Substitutions from the same company are complimentary. Please make sure the name of the substitution is reported to the NRCC Oslo not later than one week prior to the event when the organizers finalise the lists of participants.
