•A minimum of two complimentary banners (pre-event and Be There banner) in the online publication of the General Media Sponsor (of three and two weeks duration each. Pre-event banner to be placed in the period between August 20 and September 24, dates to be agreed. Be There Banner to be placed between September 21 and October 15)
•One complimentary ad in the printed publication of the General Media Sponsor, if applicable
•A minimum of two publications (press-release, interview etc) about the NRBF on the website or in the printed media of the General Media Sponsor, hereunder one publication to be distributed on the date of event (dates to be agreed individually) 
•Insertion of the event in the event calendar on the General Media Sponsor’s website (if applicable)

•Insertion of the event in the event calendar on the Media Sponsor’s website (if applicable)
•Publication of the III NRBF launching press-release (August/September) and III NRBF updated press-release (September/October)
•A direct e-mailing campaign about the NRBF to the media’s subscribers and/or contact lists (if applicable)
