The III NRBF participation fees do not cover travel and accommodation costs. Participants are requested to make their bookings individually, either via travel agencies, internet booking portals or by contacting hotels directly. However, you can make use of special rates which the Forum organisers have negotiated for the Forum dates in several hotels in Oslo
As an extra service for the participants, the organizers have pre-booked a limited number of rooms at special rates in several hotels in Oslo. After the reservation deadline, the rooms will be subject to availability, so please book early to get discounted rates!
All bookings should be made by contacting the hotels directly and are subject to individual payment.

Rooms that are not booked within this date will be released for ordinary sale. The guests can book rooms at agreed rates after this date upon availability (standard rooms).
